Edit: Turns out I had it for a while now, just sitting in my preferences, and I didnt notice it. So if you didn’t get the site theme, double check that its not hiding amongst your other site themes like it did to me. XD;;
No one knows how to get it yet, but it apparently has requirements so not random. If you do get it, you get it in the Advent Calendar page when you get the prize.

A TON of people on the boards are pissed about it (as was I for a good 15 mins till I realized I had it) but no ones quite sure how to get it 100% at the moment.
